Deployed in miniature and made smart, connected to the Internet of Things, the same technology delivers highly accurate measurements of mass and volume,  ensuring that the buyer gets exactly the crude they pay for. Our automated measurement process means that human error and inaccurate manual measurement methods are a thing of the past. The quality of the crude is also addressed through a whole-load average rather than spot or composite samples. Where discharge locations utilise gravity banks, this can have a significant financial impact. Individual shipment level data for both load and discharge locations is stored, which is also useful for taxation purposes.

Geospatial fencing around approved locations ensures that any load or discharge operation will be highlighted for further scrutiny. Should a new location be approved, the exact coordinates of the operation point can be added to an approved locations database rather than a broad zip code and address.

Digital signature of ticket, load and discharge locations, and volumes and freight distances are all stored with the driver and truck details through secure asset tagging, and detailed analysis is possible to monitor performance and permit comparative analysis to take place.
